We welcome new players of all abilities and ages, from age 10 and up, and pride ourselves on being friendly, fun and inclusive. Why not come along to one of our training sessions to find out? We would love to meet you!

The season runs from September to April and we also organise friendly games and activities during the off-season period.

If you decide you would like to join us, you will find that our annual membership fees are very competitive. We offer different membership levels to suit different needs. 2025/2026 fees are as follow:

• Adults and Juniors Membership – £130
• Training only – £80

Membership fees are payable annually and they cover affiliation to England Hockey, insurance and the running costs of the club. In addition, a weekly match fee is also payable per game (£10 for adults and £8 for U21). We review all fees at our Annual General Meeting for the following season.

We would also love to hear from qualified umpires! Our league matches are held on Saturdays and our umpires are currently only required to attend home matches in Steyning. Our umpires receive a small remuneration for each match they attend plus they are also invited to our fabulous post-match teas!

We use the Spond App for all our communications with members and payment requests. The app is free for all communications but there is a small charge for using their secure online payment facility, details of the charges will be included on all payment requests.
