We play matches in red shirts with black skorts or shorts and lime green socks.
Team shirts are purchased via the Club and other South Downs Hockey Club branded kit can be purchased from local hockey kit supplier Fuel Sports.
We require all juniors to wear appropriate shin pads and mouth guards to both training sessions and matches. Whilst we cannot require adults to wear shin pads and mouth guards, we highly recommend that they do.
We`re running two introduction to ladies hockey sessions at Lancing College this summer. One on the 24th June and the other on 22nd July. Both from 7 pm to 8 pm.
All equipment will be provided, and you can come along and see what a fun and social game hockey is.
The best thing is that these sessions are FREE, but spaces are limited. To book your space, just DM, email or scan the QR code in the image.
