We take the safety of our members very seriously and are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for players and volunteers alike. As such we have adopted the England Hockey policies on safeguarding for both juniors and adults at risk.

Our coaches and volunteers are all DBS checked and we have an accident reporting procedure which is reviewed regularly.

We are committed to respecting your privacy. We need to collect personal data in order to keep members and volunteers safe but we ensure that we comply with the relevant data protection law when we collect and store this data.

From time to time we take pictures of our members playing hockey to promote our club on our website and social media accounts. We have adopted the England Hockey policy on taking pictures and we ask all members (or their parents / carers) for their consent via their annual membership form.
